Dariusz Stokowski
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. He is the founder and the main shareholder of the Nova Holding Ltd. Fund (at present Nova Group Cyprus Ltd.), the greatest shareholder of Arteria S.A. Company. Since establishing the Nova Holding in 2002 he has been responsible for the strategic development of the fund as well as for investments and acquisition. In 1997 he started the Polymus advertising company and then subsequent companies which constitute today the fund’s portfolio. Since 2003 he has held the position of the President of the Management Board of 4fun Media S.A. He has been associated with the media, marketing and new technologies market for more than a dozen of years. He is the significant shareholder of Arteria S.A. Company.
Miron Maicki
The Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the University of Warsaw Management & Marketing Department and the Institute of History. In 2001-2005 President of the Management Board of RUCH S.A., managed the largest press distribution company in Poland. In 2006-2008 Managing Director of Gromada Hotel in Warsaw, from 2008 President of the Management Board of ATTIS Holding S.A. and ATTIS Broker Sp. z o.o., in charge of building the capital group and its strategy for the years 2008-2012.
Tomasz Filipiak
The Member of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of Łódź University. Since 1995 he has gained experience as the financial analyst, working for HSBC G & A Securities Polska S.A ., Dom Maklerski BOŚ S.A., Pioneer PTE S.A. among others. Since 2001 he has been managing assets, first in Pekao Pioneer PTE S.A., then since 2005 in Millennium TFI S.A. and between 2007 - 2009 in DWS TFI S.A. He holds the securities broker licence (no. 900).
Michał Lehmann
The Member of the Supervisory Board
Graduate of the Management Faculty of the Poznań University of Economics and of Harvard Business School. Professionally involved in advertising. Currently Managing Partner at Speedup Group, an investment fund promoting ICT projects at their early development stage.
Paweł Tarnowski
The Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr Tarnowski has broad experience in conducting stock exchange analyses, conducting analyses regarding macroeconomics, financial markets and listed companies, as well as in preparing recommendations for companies. He also has extensive experience in managing the share portfolio of funds (small and medium-sized companies), as well as in developing investment strategies for funds and in co-managing their liquidity.
In his career to date he has been employed in renowned financial institutions, among others in: Raiffeisen Capital & Investment Poland (1994-1998) as an Analyst, Nordea PTE (former PTE Norwich Union and Sampo PTE) between 1999-2006 as the Head of the Analyses Team and in Nordea PTE (between 2006-2009) as a Portfolio Manager.
In his career to date he has been employed in renowned financial institutions, among others in: Raiffeisen Capital & Investment Poland (1994-1998) as an Analyst, Nordea PTE (former PTE Norwich Union and Sampo PTE) between 1999-2006 as the Head of the Analyses Team and in Nordea PTE (between 2006-2009) as a Portfolio Manager.
