Arteria S.A. is the competence centre of the capital group, which embraces the strategic management of individual business divisions and service centers.

It allows the Company to effectively integrate the key areas of activity of the individual holding companies, to ensure from the central level that the reserves are appropriately used, to optimize costs through making them variable proportionately to the achieved margin as well as to maximize the synergy effect within individual segments of operation of the multi-channel platform of sales and client service.

The idea of creating business divisions and service centers serves the aim of separating the strictly business activity from matters connected with management, administration, controlling as well as legal and formal service of individual business activities. The service centers perform a supporting and subordinate role in relation to business centers, integrating reserves formally coming from two or three companies. Thus, the business centers may concentrate on reaching sales targets established by the Management Board of the capital group.
